On behalf of a client based in the North West of England, we are looking for a SAP service delivery manager for a six-month assignment with likely extensions

Taking ownership of SAP service transition, governance and operational readiness, you'll ensure solutions move successfully within business as usual support while driving service quality, supplier performance and continual improvement

Our client, a leading organisation within the energy sector, is seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to support the transition and ongoing delivery of business-critical SAP services.

This highly visible role will take responsibility for ensuring SAP solutions transition effectively from project delivery into stable, well-governed business operations. You will establish and oversee service management processes, operational readiness and support arrangements while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams

Scope:-

• Lead the transition of SAP solutions into business-as-usual support, ensuring operational readiness and service stability.
• Establish and govern processes across incident, problem, service request and escalation management.
• Oversee hypercare and service stabilisation, ensuring effective handover into steady-state operations.
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party support providers.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continual service improvement
• Champion service quality, compliance and operational resilience
