Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager - Technology & Digital Delivery

Location: London

A Professional Services organisation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to support technology and digital delivery across multiple teams.

This role combines hands-on Scrum leadership with practical project management. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers and coach teams, while managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, milestones and stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

• Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to maintain clear priorities and delivery momentum.

• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, impediments and timelines.

• Coordinate activity across business, product, engineering and architecture teams.

• Support portfolio planning, roadmap execution and continuous improvement.

Required experience:

• Substantial experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or technology delivery professional; the brief targets 5-10 years.

• Proven delivery of technology, digital or software initiatives.

• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience managing project controls and communicating with senior stakeholders.

• Professional services, financial services or regulated-sector experience.

A relevant degree and Agile or project management certification are listed requirements. Experience with DevOps and release management would be advantageous.

Occasional work outside normal business hours will be required to support global delivery.
