Business Analyst (Healthcare) at PRO PMs, Remote, 3 Months, £450 per day

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a complex project from set-up. You will capture and document requirements across operations, IT, finance, security, compliance, IG and partner Trusts, identify where current systems and processes fall short, and turn that into formal requirements and documentation the project can deliver against. This is a systems and requirements role across a multi-Trust environment, so integration between organisations sits at the centre of it.

You will work alongside the project manager on solution delivery. That means owning process documentation, producing monthly status reporting, leading and supporting testing, and staying in regular contact with suppliers and technical counterparts. Stakeholders range from bench-level operational and clinical staff to executives, so you will need to be equally credible with both.

Must have the following:

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience
• Experience of some NHS IT healthcare systems
• Proven requirements capture and documentation across multiple business areas, including formal sign-off
• Experience producing process documentation and regular status reporting
• Experience leading and supporting testing, not just handing requirements over to a test team
• Ability to work with stakeholders from operational and clinical staff through to executives, and with partner organisations

Highly desirable:

• Knowledge of HL7 or other healthcare messaging standards
• Experience working with suppliers and their technical teams to optimise business processes and integration
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

• You have fewer than five years hands-on BA experience
• You have no NHS or healthcare systems background
• Your experience is solely operational process analysis with no systems requirements or testing involvement
• You have not worked in a multi-organisation or multi-stakeholder environment
