Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics Transformation - London/Hybrid - £550/600 PD Outside IR35 at Station, London, £550-£600 per day

We are seeking a delivery-focused, mid-level Project Manager to support a Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations implementation for a client based in London.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing the implementation partner and ensuring the project remains organised, on track and moving forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in a delivery environment, takes ownership of project administration and governance, and can effectively bring together business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers.

The role will require 3 days per week onsite at the clients London office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Programme Manager with the day-to-day management and delivery of the programme.
• Own project administration, including plans, RAID logs, actions, milestones, dependencies and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner to maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring commitments are tracked, issues are escalated and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring clear actions, accountability and follow-through.
• Monitor progress against the project plan, proactively identifying risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Help maintain alignment between business requirements, project deliverables and the wider transformation objectives.

Experience Required

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Project Delivery Manager within a business or technology transformation environment.
• Previous experience delivering transformation projects within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, such as Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM or Finance & Operations, is highly desirable.
• A strong delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to take ownership, organise effectively and drive actions through to completion.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers or systems integrators, ideally within an enterprise technology implementation.
• Strong project governance, planning, reporting and risk management skills.
• The confidence to work independently while providing effective support to a Programme Manager.

We are looking for a pragmatic, proactive and organised Project Manager who is comfortable getting into the detail of delivery. You will be someone who can keep stakeholders aligned, maintain strong project discipline and ensure the implementation partner is delivering effectively.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is not essential. Candidates who have delivered transformation projects involving other Microsoft Dynamics products, such as CE or CRM, will be considered. The priority is strong project delivery capability, stakeholder management and the ability to support a complex implementation.
