Voice Engineer at Hays Specialist Recruitment, Gloucestershire, £Competitive Rate

Hays are working with a large public sector organisation to support the recruitment for a contract Voice Engineer. The role will be outside IR35, paying a rate dependent on experience for 6 months initially. The role will be hybrid, typically 2 days per week on site in Gloucestershire, and you'll need SC clearance and ideally, be eligible or hold additional clearance.

You will need:

• Experience supporting enterprise voice and network environments
• Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM and UCCE
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and VoIP solutions
• Solid understanding of Cisco routing, switching and wireless technologies
• Knowledge of Cisco and Check Point firewalls
• Experience with Cisco ISE (802.1X/MAB)
• Exposure to SASE technologies
• Experience using SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, IPAM)
• Ability to perform firmware upgrades, certificate renewals and hardware maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and BAU support experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and project teams
