US Data Security rule - 100% remote - £500 per day outside IR35 - 6 months

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract US data security rule expert, this is initially 6 months, outside IR35, 100% remote working.

Skill for the role:

• Experience applying external regulations in a Pharma R&D setting
• Compliance, or the primary skill being R&D so long as there is a little of the alternate skill set included
• Synonyms for US Data Security Rule = US DoJ, US Final Rule
• Use R&D, clinical, legal or data protection experience to rapidly understand the regulation approach to compliance.
• Provide ‘hands-on’ day-to-day support for scientists and clinical teams in R&D
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, following up on required actions to solve challenges
• Adapt quickly and work flexibly across multiple activities simultaneously
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying and solving problems; understand which problems can be solved directly and which need senior legal input.
