Retail Business Analyst - Web Projects & Integration Experience is a MUST

We are looking to hire for a Retail Business Analyst who can demonstrate that they have hands-on experience working on a variety of Retail Digital/Web, Omni and eCommerce initiatives that all carry a considerable technical component. Due to the nature of the business, you will operate in a manner where at times you will wear a hypothetical PM hat, as well as the BA hat due to the clients demand and workload.

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who has worked on a variety of initiatives for example projects include Global Web App Rebuild, Location Based Delivery Messaging, SFCC Integrations, GEO, Conversion and Logistics etc. We need an experienced BA who can dive into the details, get to the heart of any issues, and help steer us toward the best solutions.

Candidates will ideally have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFCC, or a comparable E-commerce platform, working on high profile programmes of work, in the high street retail environments, not to be confused with retail banking which wouldn't be a suitable fit on this occasion.

The successful BA will be required to work with all areas of the business but primarily with development and architecture teams to drive projects through from inception to delivery and go-live.

This position is outside of IR35 and worked on a remote basis from the UK.
