SAP Finance Trainer/Working Instructions Writer - 6 months - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for an experienced Working Instructions Writer to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme, with a particular focus on Finance business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear, comprehensive and user-friendly Working Instructions that enable end users to understand and execute business processes accurately and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, step-by-step Working Instructions for end users across SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
• Translate business processes into easy-to-follow user guidance and documentation.
• Work closely with project and business teams to understand processes and requirements.
• Follow defined templates and standards to ensure documentation is consistent and uniform.
• Ensure Working Instructions are accurate, clear and suitable for the intended end-user audience.
• Work to an agreed project plan and meet tight deadlines.
• Work across various online IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Office.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience writing Working Instructions, process documentation or end-user guidance.
• Demonstrable experience working with SAP S/4HANA business processes.
• Finance experience, ideally covering areas such as:Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Planning & Budgeting
  • O2DC/Order to Cash
  • PM&M/Project Management & Maintenance
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex processes into clear, practical instructions.
• Experience working to templates, standards and structured documentation processes.
• Ability to work to project plans and tight deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general IT systems experience.
