Technology Lead - AWS, Java (Outside IR35/Remote) at Tenth Revolution Group, London, £400-£450 per day

Remote (UK based candidates only) | Initial 6-Month Contract | £450 pd Outside IR35 | Possibility for extension

We 're looking for an experienced Technology Lead to drive a major AWS cloud modernisation programme, transforming legacy Java applications into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, software engineering, DevOps, database expertise and stakeholder engagement.

You 'll lead the design and delivery of modern AWS-based platforms, guide engineering teams, shape technical strategy and act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.

Required Skills:
5+ years experience with AWS cloud architecture
Hands-on expertise with ECS, Fargate, Lambda & API Gateway
10+ years professional experience in Java, Spring Boot & REST APIs
Experience building microservices and serverless solutions
Strong knowledge of DynamoDB and PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL
Hands-on CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker & Terraform
Experience with cloud migration and application modernisation
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
