Outside of IR35
80% Fully Remote
Our client, a global brand in the Utilities sector is looking to recruit and experienced IT Trainer for a 6-month engagement.
The company is looking to empower its employees to make greater use of Microsoft 365 and the wider suite of Microsoft applications to improve collaboration, communication and productivity.
This is a key role where you will provide engaging learning opportunities that enable staff to get the most from modern workplace technology.
Key Responsibilities/Skills Required
- Design and delivery of learning programmes
- Creating learning resources
- Delivering engaging Microsoft 365 training programmes, workshops, coaching
- Ability to engage audiences of differing seniority
- Ability to identify learning needs and develop practical resources that support individual and organisational performance
