Business Analyst - Data Programme - Outside IR35
1st November Start, 6 months initially with rolling extensions expected
Outside IR35: £375 - £425 per day
Hybrid: Travel once every week/2 weeks to Yorkshire

Clinicians at a Yorkshire trust are filling in too many forms, in too many places. You'll sit with them, find what's broken and design something simpler, working with the trust's SystmOne developer.

What you'll do

• Shadow clinical teams and run workshops to see how data is really recorded
• Map today's forms, processes and data flows, and find the root causes of poor compliance
• Design simpler forms, workflows and SystmOne changes with clinicians
• Write clear requirements and user stories for the SystmOne developer
• Help shape a new mobile app for recording data on the move
• Plan and support user acceptance testing with clinical staff

What you'll deliver

• Current-state process maps and a findings report
• A prioritised list of changes, agreed with clinical leads
• Future-state designs, requirements and user stories
• Mobile app requirements and user journeys
• UAT scripts and sign-off records

What you'll bring

• Business analysis experience in the NHS or wider health and care
• Hands-on SystmOne work, or another EPR such as RiO, Carenotes, PARIS or Lorenzo
• Confidence running workshops with busy clinicians
• Process mapping, requirements, user stories and UAT
