Senior GRC Analyst/Risk Lead | Contract | Outside IR35

Xpertise have an exciting opportunity for a senior GRC professional to take the lead on building a risk function from the ground up for a well-established organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the design and build of the risk management function, including its framework, methodology and governance
• Owning the organisation's risk registers and making sure risks are clearly identified, assessed, owned and treated
• Leading and supporting Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) work
• Presenting risk posture to senior leadership and advising on priorities
• Guiding and mentoring others in the GRC function

What we're looking for:

• Extensive GRC experience with a strong risk management background
• A track record of building or maturing a risk function
• Experience leading or mentoring others, formally or informally
• Strong knowledge of NCSC CAF alongside ISO 27001, NIST or similar
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to hit the ground running
