IT Support Specialist at Anson McCade, London Area, £300–£340 per day

IT Support Specialist | London | Contract | £300–£340 per day (Outside IR35)

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove, onsite support at a leading consultancy’s London office. You’ll be the local point of contact for consultants and office teams, resolving issues quickly and making sure they can work without disruption.

You’ll ideally have provided internal IT support within a major consultancy or similarly demanding professional services environment. You’ll be used to supporting busy, senior stakeholders, communicating clearly and taking ownership of issues in a high-expectation workplace.

The role covers endpoint, network connectivity and AV issues, alongside incident and service request management. You’ll resolve what you can onsite and coordinate with specialist engineering teams when needed. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred, and hardware asset management experience would be useful.

The contract is based in London, with an ideal mid-October start to allow for a handover.

Onsite attendance follows a two-week rotation:

Monday–Thursday in week one;

Tuesday–Thursday in week two.
