Business Analyst at Alpine Resourcing, Teddington, £Contract Rate

Our client is looking for an experienced business-focused BA, rather than a technology delivery BA, who can help define the business and its services/capabilities, not just the requirements for implementation / technology solutions. A more generalist BA who has operated across service improvement and organisational or strategic change initiatives, in addition to the more traditional project delivery and implementation activities.

Ideal candidates would have experience in:

• Service definition, service analysis & design and/or Target Operating Models
• Defining user, customer and business needs at a capability level
• Business process analysis, re-design and continuous improvement
• Business case development, options analysis, and the strategic thinking that support that
• Stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influence across senior business audiences
• Working comfortably at both strategic and detailed levels, translating business objectives into practical delivery activities and artefacts where required
