6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £650-£700 per Day | Hybird
I'm currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a business-critical digital transformation programme.

This is a 6-month contract, fully remote, paying £650-£700 per day Outside IR35.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme, with a particular focus on post go-live support, data migration, and ensuring successful business adoption following implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex digital transformation programmes
• Strong Salesforce delivery experience
• Extensive data migration experience across sizeable programmes
• Background within the energy/utilities sector
• Experience managing post go-live activities, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and technical teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital transformation programme
• Oversee and manage data migration activities, ensuring successful transition and data integrity
• Coordinate post go-live support, hypercare, and operational readiness activities
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Ensure benefits realisation and smooth adoption of new systems and processes
