Test Administrator - ERP, IFS, SIT, UAT - South London (Hybrid) at Nova Source Technologies, Kingston Upon Thames, £Contract Rate

PLEASE NOTE: The Test Administrator is a hybrid role based in South London, requiring a high level of onsite attendance. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a view to extension.

Test Administrator – Test Coordination, ERP Testing, IFS, IFS Cloud, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Defect Management, Azure DevOps, Jira, South London (Hybrid)

Up to £275 per day (Outside IR35)

This is an exciting Test Administrator opportunity to join a global technology services organisation, supporting testing activities across an IFS transition programme. As Test Administrator, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support throughout the testing lifecycle, working closely with business users, functional consultants, technical teams and project stakeholders.

The Test Administrator will be responsible for maintaining test scripts, coordinating test execution, monitoring progress, managing test evidence, tracking defects and producing regular testing reports. To succeed as a Test Administrator, you will need previous experience supporting testing within an ERP, business applications or enterprise systems environment, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous IFS or IFS Cloud experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Skills as Test Administrator:

• Previous experience as a Test Administrator, Test Coordinator, Test Analyst or similar role within an ERP or enterprise applications environment.
• Practical experience supporting SIT, UAT and regression testing, including test script and test execution administration.
• Strong experience managing test evidence, defect logging, tracking and retesting through to closure.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate business testers, chase actions and proactively escalate testing risks and blockers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using test, project or defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail or similar.
• Previous IFS / IFS Cloud experience is desirable, alongside experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
