Delegated Authority Business Analyst - Tech & Change

We are supporting a leading insurance organisation on a major underwriting transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Delegated Authority (DA) expertise.
You'll be responsible for reviewing DA operations and Coverholder onboarding processes, helping to design and implement future-state workflows, governance, and compliance controls within an underwriting workbench platform.

Key Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience within the London Market
• Strong knowledge of Delegated Authority and Coverholder operations
• Proven process analysis and business change experience
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
• Experience with underwriting platforms/workbenches preferred

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile insurance transformation programme, offering a strong blend of business process improvement and tech change.

The role requires 2-3 days pw in London and is offering £550-£625 per day, Outside IR35.
