Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager (Contract)

Location: Mayfair, Central London

Rate: £750-900 per day

Duration: 6-month initial contract, potential for extensions, outside of IR35

Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in Mayfair required

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to join a prestigious wealth management and investment firm located in Mayfair on a contract basis, with possible extensions.

With a network of over 1,500 IFAs, partners, and employees, the firm recently acquired a smaller company and is now seeking a skilled professional to lead a major change programme within their IT/Technology Operations Team.

The programme will be centred around enhancing financial controls, information access, and logistical access controls. This will require the Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to be able to work with 3rd parties, finance teams, banking and treasury, sales staff, operations, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a team of Analysts and IAM specialists to drive changes to the Logistical Access Controls Framework during the post-merger integration process. This role will involve collaborating with multiple departments, identifying requirements, creating solution designs, and overseeing the delivery process to ensure successful outcomes.

Key requirements for this position:

- Proven track record in delivering Access Controls/IAM projects and understanding financial compliance and data regulations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing project plans and reports for senior stakeholders

- Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, lead workshops, and influence decision-making

- Relevant project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience

- Strong leadership skills to build and manage a dedicated team, plan work, and monitor performance

- Extensive experience in managing system and process changes in professional environments

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects across different business functions with various sponsors, including finance, operations, and HR
