Test Manager– ERP / Retail | Outside IR35 at Morson Edge (Technology), London Area, £Contract Rate

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a major technology and business transformation programme within a leading organisation. This is an Outside IR35 contract opportunity for an experienced testing professional with a strong background in complex transformation, ERP, retail, eCommerce or enterprise technology environments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the overall testing approach, coordinating testing activities across business and technical teams and ensuring the solution is thoroughly validated and ready for a successful go-live. You will be responsible for test planning, governance, coordination, quality assurance and reporting, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project leadership and external partners.

You will oversee testing throughout the programme, ensuring activities are delivered to plan, risks and dependencies are managed effectively and any issues are identified and driven through to resolution. You will also provide clear visibility of testing progress, quality, risks and readiness to senior stakeholders, supporting informed go-live decisions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead, with a strong track record of managing testing across complex technology or business transformation programmes. Experience within ERP, retail or eCommerce environments would be advantageous, along with experience managing multiple stakeholders and working across business and technical teams.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills, together with a pragmatic and delivery-focused approach. Experience with established testing and defect management tools and methodologies is expected.
