Enterprise AI Transformation Consultant

Contract

London - Hybrid

Up to £550 Per Day Outside IR35

We are looking for several AI Transformation Consultants to join a major enterprise AI practice.

This is a highly client-facing role sitting between business consulting, transformation and AI. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business problems, run discovery, identify where AI can add value and help take solutions from concept through to delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Strong consulting/business analysis/transformation background
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a structured business case and solution
• Good understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Azure AI or similar
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in a client-facing environment
• Some technical understanding of AI, automation, APIs or development is beneficial, but process and problem-solving capability are more important than deep engineering expertise

You'll work across client engagements, typically deployed into focused projects for approximately three months at a time, covering post-sales discovery through to solution build and adoption.

A strong opportunity for consultants who understand AI technology but, more importantly, know how to apply it to real business problems.
