Contract Description
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Identity & Access Management transformation programme within a large enterprise environment. The role will focus on understanding and improving identity, access and directory processes across Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID and Google Groups, supporting a wider organisational separation and transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and map current-state IAM processes, workflows and system dependencies.
- Gather and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct access, entitlement and directory reviews across Okta, AD, Entra ID and Google Groups.
- Define future-state Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) and access request processes.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
- Lead workshops with technical SMEs, project teams and international stakeholders.
- Develop UAT scenarios, validation testing and operational readiness criteria.
- Support the migration and retirement of the legacy Embark onboarding platform to Tech Central.
- Produce reporting and dashboards to track access alignment and remediation.
- Support documentation, runbooks and BAU handover.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Business Analysis experience within IAM, identity transformation or enterprise directory programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Okta, Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience with access governance, entitlement reviews and identity lifecycle/JML processes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and user story creation skills.
- Experience with UAT, testing and operational handover.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working with identity data and reporting tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BigQuery or Looker Studio.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools is desirable.
