Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer (leading small development and QA teams)
• Proven experience of Java 11+
• Proven experience of Spring/Spring Boot
• Proven experience of Hibernate/JPA
• Proven experience of Proven experience of Apache Tomcat
• Proven experience of REST and SOAP web services (Apache CXF)
• Proven experience of MySQL
• Proven experience of Gradle
• Proven experience of JUnit, Mockito and Spock
• Proven experience of Azure Entra ID SSO (OAuth2/OIDC)
• Agile delivery experience
• Proven experience of Financial Services ideally Insurance/Reinsurance
• A good knowledge of Hibernate Search/Lucene
