We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM projects and enhancements, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams and external delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 CRM projects through planning, delivery, testing and implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing and transition into BAU.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance and project reporting.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines and business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM implementation and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience managing suppliers and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, planning and communication skills.
