Contract Project Manager - Matter Management System Implementation

Leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of a new Matter Management system across the business.

This is a high-visibility contract role driving a critical piece of the firm's legal technology roadmap - you'll own delivery end to end, from vendor engagement and stakeholder alignment through to go-live and handover.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the full implementation/integration lifecycle of a Matter Management platform
• Managing the migration from the firm's existing system to the new solution
• Coordinating vendors, internal IT, fee earners and business stakeholders
• Owning project planning, budget, risk and governance
• Driving data migration, integration with existing systems, testing and user adoption

What you'll bring:

• Proven track record delivering Matter Management/legal technology implementations, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Hands-on experience with one or more leading Matter Management systems, eg Kase, Aderant, Intapp, iManage, Elite 3E, Litera/Peppermint, Tikit/Advanced, HighQ
• Strong grip on system integration, data migration and third-party vendor management
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and fee earners in a demanding environment
• Excellent planning, governance and delivery discipline

Legal Matter Management experience is essential for this contract
