2nd Line Support Engineer | £150 | Outside IR35 | 4 Months | Hybrid Glasgow/Bath
We're recruiting for an 2nd line support engineer for a 4-Month contract role. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring two days per week of onsite work in either Glasgow or Bath.

We're recruiting for an 2nd line support engineer for a 4-Month contract role. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring two days per week of onsite work in either Glasgow or Bath.
Key Requirements
- Previous 2nd Line IT support experience within an MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, email security, and mail flow
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and user management
- Experience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Excellent customer service skills with strong ticket management experience
