Tungsten Automation Consultant - Remote - Outside IR35

My client is looking for an experienced Tungsten (Kofax) Automation Consultant to support the business following the recent go-live of the OCR automation solution.

The organisation has recently come out of hypercare and needs someone pragmatic and hands-on to review the existing build, understand how the solution has been implemented and help the business maximise its value.

Key responsibilities of the Tungsten Automation Consultant:

• Review and assess the existing OCR automation build following go-live.
• Work with the business to understand how the Tungsten system has been configured and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the onboarding of approximately 200 suppliers.
• Help improve OCR extraction and the intelligence behind how data is captured and processed.
• Design, test and implement improvements to existing automation processes.
• Support integrations with other systems, with API experience being beneficial.

Key Experience and Skillset of the Tungsten Automation Consultant:

• Must have strong technical experience working with Tungsten Automation (previously Kofax) and OCR.
• Hands on experience improving and optimising the document automation solution.
• Strong experience with OCR data extraction, document classification and process workflows.
• Extensive experience delivering tangible improvements to tungsten automation systems using a pragmatic and hands on approach.
• Experience with testing, validation, UAT and troubleshooting the automation process.
• API / System integration experience would be advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate would be expected to remotely and Outside IR35.
