Test Lead at Sanderson Recruitment, City of London, £Contract Rate

Hybrid Central London (3 days per week) Outside IR35

I'm currently engaged on behalf of a leading London Market insurer seeking a hands-on Test Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on the migration from BinderCloud to the VIPR platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution and delivery across the programme.
• Leading UAT, business validation and go-live testing activities.
• Overseeing the testing of data migration, reporting outputs and core business processes.
• Coordinating testing activities across multiple system integrations and stakeholder groups.
• Managing defects, test reporting, risk visibility and driving programme sign-off.
• Acting as the bridge between Business and Technology teams, ensuring a unified and effective testing approach throughout the transformation.
