Business Analyst - STAMP (Strategic Access Management Programme)

Mandatory direct Telco experience required.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the STAMP (Strategic Access Management Programme), a major transformation initiative focused on delivering a unified access management strategy across a complex technology estate. The programme aims to strengthen security, reduce identity and privileged access risk, and improve operational efficiency through enhanced access management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes and identify gaps.
  • Work closely with business, technology, operations, and delivery teams.
  • Support testing activities and validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and support risk, issue, and change management activities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within technology or transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience creating business requirements, user stories, user journeys, and process maps.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Previous experience within identity management, access management, security, onboarding, or customer data projects would be advantageous.
