Reporting/PMO Analyst - ERP Programme
Contract | Up to £330/day (Outside ir35/Remote)/Largely Remote

We are looking for a Reporting/PMO Analyst to support a major transformation programme, helping review, rationalise and prepare reporting requirements for transition into a new ERP/reporting environment.

The role will involve reviewing a large inventory of existing reports, identifying duplicate and near-match requirements, assessing where Global reporting can be replicated for the UK, and helping uncover business-critical reporting currently sitting within Legacy systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and cleanse reporting questionnaires and reporting inventories.
• Identify duplicate, overlapping and near-match reports.
• Compare UK reporting requirements against existing Global reports.
• Analyse reporting data to identify gaps, inconsistencies and critical requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and business rationale.
• Maintain clear actions, decisions and reporting dependencies.
• Prepare a structured dataset for onward review and delivery.

Experience required:

• Strong PMO Analyst/Reporting Analyst background.
• Advanced Excel and confident working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify patterns, duplication and gaps.
• Experience within transformation, ERP or reporting programmes.
