About the Role
We're looking for an ITAM/SACM Manager to take ownership of IT Asset and Configuration Management across our global technology environment - as the BAU operational lead, not just a project contributor. You'll be the trusted authority on what we own, what it costs, where the risk sits, and how it all connects - running the day-to-day governance, license compliance, and CMDB integrity through ServiceNow, while also shaping the improvements that make the function stronger over time.

What You'll Do

• Act as the operational lead for ITAM/SACM - owning BAU delivery while driving continuous improvement
• Own the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items - from onboarding to retirement
• Drive software license compliance and lead vendor audit responses
• Improve and govern ServiceNow ITAM (SAM Pro/HAM Pro) and CMDB
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to manage contracts and reduce commercial risk
• Build governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting that leadership actually trusts
• Support Change, Incident, and Problem teams with accurate configuration insight

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in enterprise ITAM (SAM/HAM) and/or SACM
• Demonstrated comfort owning a live operational function (not just delivering discrete projects)
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience (SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB)
• Track record managing vendor audits and license compliance
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management (IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal)
• Comfort turning technical detail into business risk and financial impact

Nice-to-Haves:

• Service mapping/service model alignment experience
• Discovery tooling and reconciliation experience
• Cloud licensing knowledge
• ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow certification, or IAITAM (CSAM)
