Project Coordinator at Develop, Coventry, £Contract Rate

Contract Outside IR35 £325 per day Remote in UK

We are looking for a highly organised Project Deployment Co-ordinator to support a major multi-site technology transformation programme within a global manufacturing organisation.

The organisation has approximately 130 manufacturing sites globally, with around 30 sites being addressed during this financial year.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day deployment activity across multiple projects and manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating site deployment activity and schedules.
• Managing actions, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinating site contacts, suppliers and technical teams.
• Supporting site readiness and implementation planning.
• Coordinating site visits and deployment activity.
• Tracking hardware refresh surveys and implementation requirements.
• Supporting testing, cutover and go-live.
• Managing deployment issues and follow-up actions.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Supply Chain, Engineering or technology deployment would be highly desirable.

Cyber Security and OT experience are not required.

Strong project coordination, communication, organisation and follow-through are the key requirements.
