We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a Product Management team working on bespoke Cloud-based software products, primarily supporting TalentPay. You'll be responsible for ensuring software meets requirements and is fit for release, combining automated, manual and exploratory testing.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a Product Management team working on bespoke Cloud-based software products, primarily supporting TalentPay. You'll be responsible for ensuring software meets requirements and is fit for release, combining automated, manual and exploratory testing.
Key responsibilities:
- Write and maintain automated tests using Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Develop automated tests using Cypress or similar
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and edge cases
- Test APIs, UIs, databases and code units
- Work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in 3 Amigos, demos and code reviews
- Act as a quality gate throughout the delivery pipeline
- Work with developers, BAs, users and platform engineers to agree solutions
- Strong QA/automation testing experience
- Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript testing experience
- Cypress or similar automation framework experience
- Strong manual and exploratory testing skills
- Experience working in an Agile, collaborative environment
- Ability to determine the appropriate testing approach for different requirements
- NFR testing experience would be beneficial
