Digital Product Manager at JSS, London Area, £Contract Rate

I’m helping an established insurance broker find Digital Product Lead to join them on a permanent or an contract basis.

The organisation have a big drive to create a digital workbench to cover their PAS and CRM systems and provide mobile access and a better customer experience.

The role will involve leading the front and back end front end development of these products as well as managing a team of 3 and working closely with the key business stakeholders to ensure this is correctly implemented. The role will still be 80% hands on with the engineering and 20% management.

They are seeking someone with a background either as a Digital Product or as a Lead / Senior Product Engineer that wants to step up into the role. Ideally they are seeking someone with Insurance / InsurTech experience and who has full stack experience across front and back end development.

The role is ideally a permanent role and they would look at a contractor as well due to the urgency of this role. The role is based in the office 2 – 3 days a week in the closest office (which could be London, Essex or Southampton) and will involve regular travel to the other offices. They’re offering a high base salary with bonus and benefits or a lucrative contract day rate (outside IR35) – which I can discuss in more detail with you if you’re interested.
