About The Role
Initially offered as a 2-3 month contract, this position offers flexibility regarding working hours and employment status, welcoming both part-time and full-time candidates. The role is outside IR35, emphasizing its contractor-friendly nature. The successful candidate will serve as an Oracle Service Cloud Developer, primarily responsible for supporting the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of technical development and system configuration skills to deliver scalable, efficient, and customer-centric service solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to obtain DBS clearance if necessary, ensuring compliance with security standards. Qualifications

- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships to support tailored customer service processes.

- Configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to facilitate user engagement and data visibility.
