We're currently supporting a major UK public sector digital transformation programme and are looking for multiple Senior Product Managers to join a high-profile delivery engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced product leaders with a strong background in delivering digital products and services within UK Central Government environments. You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving user-centred outcomes, and supporting the delivery of critical public services.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to define product vision, prioritise delivery, and ensure products meet both user needs and organisational objectives. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, designers, engineers, and user researchers to drive successful outcomes across a complex and large-scale government programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Define, prioritise, and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Drive product delivery through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the programme.
• Use data, evidence, and user insights to inform product decisions.
• Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes and tangible user value.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale digital public services.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within UK Central Government departments, agencies, or public sector programmes.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and prioritisation.
• Proven experience delivering digital products and services in complex government environments.
• Experience working closely with delivery, engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Evidence-based approach to product decision-making using data, research, and user feedback.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on Ministry of Justice programmes or similar government organisations.
• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or service modernisation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and best practices.
