About the RoleA leading technology consultancy is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small engineering team delivering a new event-driven platform within a large-scale energy trading environment.
The successful candidate will work across C#, Azure and Kafka, building event adapters and supporting services that connect source systems and trading data into an event-streaming platform.

Skills Required

• Strong commercial experience with C#
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka/event streaming
• Full-stack software development experience
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Experience building resilient, production-quality applications
• Ability to work independently within a small engineering team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Energy trading or financial services experience
• Experience with low-latency or time-sensitive data
• Trading platforms or market data experience
• Azure data platform experience
