- Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues and key platform decisions.
- Lead governance activities and present updates through the ServiceNow Programme Board.
- Provide validation and assurance across integrations delivered through the transformation programme.
- Support the effective management of development and test environments.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Technical Product Owner to align platform strategy, architecture, design principles, release planning and delivery.
- Manage the relationship with ServiceNow, including platform upgrades, product demonstrations and key operational activities.
- Support the transition to the permanent ServiceNow Product Manager.
Key Deliverables
- Complete knowledge-transfer activities.
- Produce and hand over relevant documentation and platform artefacts.
- Support the transition of ServiceNow governance responsibilities.
- Facilitate introductions across key business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the transition plan.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to the permanent ServiceNow Product Manager.
Required Experience

- Proven ownership of enterprise-level ServiceNow product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong experience in demand management and prioritisation.
- Experience providing governance across complex transformation programmes.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow integrations, environments, upgrades and release management.
- Experience working with technical product owners, architects and delivery teams.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and business-partnering skills.
- Experience managing relationships with ServiceNow and implementation partners.
- Strong governance, decision-making and transition-management capability.
Beneficial Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Previous responsibility for transitioning platform ownership to a permanent successor.
- Experience leading ServiceNow platforms within complex enterprise environments.
