Operational Excellence Lead - Insurance - Outside IR35. Our client, a leading insurance broker, requires an Operational Excellence Lead to join their team. As Operational Excellence Lead, you will oversee, challenge, and design tactical operational process improvements across the retail broking business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience of driving process and customer service improvements in a broking or trading-focused insurance environment;
• Strong understanding of retail insurance broking operations, systems and processes is essential;
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders;
• Strong operational and change management awareness and the ability to measure the benefits of improvements; and;
• Experience in LEAN/Six Sigma
