Peakon Implementation Consultant – Outside IR35

Contract: 12–16 weeks

Rate: to £600 per day

We are looking for an experienced Peakon Implementation Consultant to support a client with the implementation and rollout of Workday Peakon Employee Voice.

This is a hands-on assignment where you will take ownership of the implementation, working closely with internal Communications, Belonging and People stakeholders to ensure the platform is successfully configured, launched and embedded.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Peakon implementation through to go-live
• Advising on platform configuration and implementation best practice
• Supporting employee data setup, extraction and reporting requirements
• Creating and configuring custom datasets/segments
• Working closely with Communications & Belonging teams on rollout and adoption
• Supporting testing and launch activities
• Providing training, knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams
• Ensuring the client is self-sufficient following implementation

We are particularly interested in speaking with independent consultants who have previously delivered Peakon implementations and can take ownership of the assignment with minimal supervision.

Previous hands-on Workday Peakon Employee Voice implementation experience is essential.
