Futureheads is partnered with a boutique transformation consultancy that takes a design-led approach to helping organisations tackle complex discovery challenges. Specialising in AI readiness and organisational transformation, the consultancy deploys small, highly skilled teams that combine rigorous research, evidence-driven delivery and strategic thinking to help clients understand what needs to change and how to deliver it.
The consultancy is preparing for a potential upcoming public sector engagement and is looking to speak with experienced User Researchers who specialise in inclusive and accessibility-focused research.
Working alongside a leading accessibility expert, you will design and deliver qualitative research with disabled people and people with a wide range of access needs across both digital experiences and real-world environments. This will likely include ethnographic fieldwork, contextual interviews, usability testing and observational research, helping to ensure services are accessible, inclusive and effective for all users.
Previous experience working within government or delivering research in line with GDS principles would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
