SAP TM Super User at Masento, London/Manchester, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

Our client, a chemical manufacturer, is rolling out an S/4HANA template across two UK sites (London and Manchester). They are seeking an experienced SAP TM Super User to act as the key business-side expert supporting the design, testing, and adoption of the TM module throughout the implementation.

This will be an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend. This will sit outside IR35.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role bridging the project team and end users, ensuring the TM solution is fit for purpose, well-tested, and successfully Embedded at both sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP TM subject matter expert and super user, representing site/business requirements throughout the S/4HANA template roll-out
• Support blueprint and design workshops, validating TM processes against real-world site operations (inbound/outbound transportation, freight orders, carrier management, planning)
• Own and execute test scripts across SIT, UAT and regression testing cycles for TM processes
• Identify, log, and help resolve process or system gaps between the template design and site-specific requirements
• Support data migration and cutover activities relating to transportation and logistics master data
• Deliver end-user training and create/support training materials for TM processes at both sites
• Provide hypercare support post go-live, triaging and resolving TM-related issues
• Liaise closely with the project team, functional consultants, and site logistics/operations teams to ensure smooth adoption
• Travel to London and Manchester sites as required during key project phases (workshops, testing, training, go-live/hypercare)

Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP TM Super User, Key User, or similar business-facing SAP TM role
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Transportation Management processes (freight order management, planning, carrier/tendering processes, integration with SD/MM)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (planning, warehousing, transportation, distribution) and how TM fits within the broader logistics process
• Experience supporting or participating in an S/4HANA implementation or template roll-out
• Experience in test script execution (SIT/UAT) and structured testing cycles
• Confident delivering end-user training and supporting change adoption
