M&A Integration Manager at Lawrence Harvey, London, £650-£700 per day

I am currently searching for an M&A Integration Manager on a contract basis for an immediate start, details as follows:

Role: M&A Integration Manager

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months initial

Location: 100% remote working

Rates: £650 - £700/day outside IR35

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing delivery aspects of the ongoing M&A projects across the business
• Liaise with key stakeholders to co-ordinate Steercos
• Co-ordinate with both vendors and business to ensure smooth transition and avoid bottlenecks
• Manage and take ownership of the M&A integration workstream
• Improve governance, framework and project plans
• Manage monthly acquisitions, deal flow and onboarding
• Work closely and manage business functions ie HR, Procurement, Finance

Skills:

• 5+ years recent M&A integration experience
• Experience managing large-scale M&A projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication experience
• Experience with Microsoft stack desirable
