  • Work closely with engineers and designers, running standups, reviewing designs and unblocking delivery day-to-day
  • Define and track key performance metrics (eg third-party onboarding times, agent response times, agent rejections)
  • Conduct user research and bring actionable insights into product decisions and stakeholder conversations
  • Run experiments, analyse data, and iterate based on evidence to improve product outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining a product-led approach and protecting team focus

Key Outcomes

  • Increased feature adoption and improved user outcomes across Agent Management
  • Reduction in agent-related issues across the retailer portfolio
  • Roadmap delivered to agreed timelines with clear, measurable value realised

  • High product quality, reliability and operational health in partnership with engineering

Experience Required

  • Proven experience owning a product or domain end-to-end, with clear evidence of delivering measurable outcomes

  • Experience working closely with engineers and designers in a hands-on delivery environment
  • Track record managing complex stakeholder relationships, ideally in regulated or data-sensitive industries
  • Ability to build and maintain outcome-driven product roadmaps
  • Experience in scale-ups or product-led organisations, with a bias toward action and execution
