Test Delivery Manager/UAT Lead

We're seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager to coordinate testing across multiple functions within a large-scale transformation programme. You must have Telco industry experience.

Rather than managing hands-on testing, you'll be responsible for bringing together the various testing teams, QA resources and project managers across the programme, ensuring testing activities are aligned, risks are managed, and progress is clearly reported to programme leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Lead UAT and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) planning and execution.
• Manage testing dependencies, risks and readiness across teams.
• Provide consolidated reporting into the wider programme.
• Work closely with testers, QA teams, project managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Experience

• Proven experience coordinating testing within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong UAT and ORT experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
• Knowledge of testing across Networks, Digital and/or IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bring together multiple teams and workstreams within a structured testing framework.
