Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Length: 9 Month

Role Profile

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Operating Model Specialist to join a major Security Operations transformation programme.

This is not a traditional BA role. You'll be responsible for defining and shaping the future operating model, bridging the gap between the current environment and the target state as we modernise our Security Operations capability.

You'll work across people, process, technology, governance, skills and training, translating technical delivery requirements into a practical and scalable operating model that can be successfully implemented across the organisation.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience designing complex Operating Models / Target Operating Models (TOMs)
• Strong business transformation and change background
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience defining As-Is and To-Be states
• Cyber Security / SecOps experience highly desirable
• Telco experience advantageous, ideally Vodafone
• Knowledge of Deloitte TOM frameworks beneficial
