Programme Manager - Segregated Client Re-engagement/Regulatory Programme

Location: London (West London)

£750-900 per day, outside IR35

Our client, a leading wealth management and financial services business based in London, is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead a series of CRM, regulatory compliance, and client re-engagement projects as part of a CEO-driven initiative to re-engage with a large segregated' portfolio of currently non-advised' clients who the firm holds AUM on behalf of.

The operating model of the business means that some clients have been historically able to opt out' of advised' wealth management services in exchange for a much reduced fee structure.

Over time this has led to an accumulation of client assets which require review to identify if they are compliant, fall within FCA rules, and also provide the opportunity for the firm to re-engage' with the clients with the aim of increasing business.

The successful candidate will set-up a structure to review the client portfolio, as well as using a number of frameworks to identity and prioritise clients for review.

The Programme Manager will guide the business through the process of transforming raw financial data from currently unadvised clients into high actionable insights to enable re-engagement, promote compliance, and enable business development.

This is a full lifecycle programme, which will be broken into a number of phases over the next 12-18 months, commencing with a discovery phase to identify clients and their AUM, along with highlighting their last touch points' in terms of advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of BI projects

- Delivering large scale end-to-end dashboard projects

- Acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders

- Ensuring project delivery according to agreed objectives, schedules, costs and quality standards

- Managing project resources and 3rd party relationships

- Coordinating the production of requirements, assessments, designs and documentation

- Chairing project meetings and facilitating workshops

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Programme Manager in delivering enterprise-level change within financial services or wealth management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with and managing 3rd party suppliers

- Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams
