Lead Product Manager | Public Sector | Outside IR35

I'm looking to speak with experienced Lead Product Managers for a new public sector requirement.

This is a programme-level Product role, so I'm particularly interested in people who have operated across multiple teams, suppliers and senior stakeholder groups, rather than purely owning a single product backlog.

Key experience:

• Setting and holding product vision across complex programmes
• Owning roadmaps spanning multiple teams
• Discovery and problem framing
• Strong user-centred product management
• Managing cross-team dependencies and competing priorities
• Senior stakeholder management across government/public sector
• Supplier and partner management
• Working closely with Design, Engineering, Data and Policy
• Strong facilitation and decision-making

Central government/DDaT/SFIA experience would be particularly relevant.

Contract details:

• £500/day
• Outside IR35
• Occasional travel
• SC eligibility required
