Cyber Business Analyst (Contract)
£500-£600 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid - London
We're seeking an experienced Cyber Business Analyst to support a cyber transformation programme, helping define and improve cybersecurity services, governance, operating models, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and security requirements.
- Define cybersecurity services, operating models, and service ownership.
- Create RACI matrices, process maps, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with Security, Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
- Analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the delivery of cyber initiatives and organisational change.
Experience Required
- Proven Business Analyst experience within Cyber Security.
- Strong experience with RACI frameworks, governance, and operating model design.
- Excellent process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on cyber transformation or security improvement programmes.
Desirable
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CAF, or Cyber Essentials.
- Experience across SOC, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Risk & Compliance, or Cloud Security.
This role would suit a BA who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to cybersecurity functions within complex organisations.
