AWS Platform Engineer - Urgent - Outside of IR35 ! at Cloud Consulting, Croydon/Remote, 3 to 6 Months, £475-£500 per day

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced SC Cleared AWS Platform Engineer to work on a high-profile project for a leading company.

The role is a hybrid one - 2 days p/week in Croydon, and 3 days remote, and is outside of IR35.

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering, infrastructure management, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Workspaces, Containerization, Terraform, and AWS Directory Services.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration and integration with cloud environments.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and ECS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools AWS Inspector or Nessus.
• Strong Scripting and automation skills using Python, Ansible or Bash.
• Understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and Firewall configurations in AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a team environment.
