  • Network & Community: Support and energize the internal Champion Network to share use cases, troubleshoot queries, and model best practice.
  • Governance & Responsible AI: Translate complex features into simple guidance. Promote responsible usage, data protection, prompt quality, human review, and compliance with technology policies in partnership with Legal and Cyber teams.
  • Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback, identify adoption barriers, and collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and Business Leads to continuously improve training.

Key Deliverables

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommended rollout roadmap.
  • Role-based learning pathways and reusable workshop materials (decks, facilitator notes, exercises).
  • Delivery of interactive training sessions and drop-in clinics.
  • Quick-start guides, FAQs, champion enablement packs, and engagement schedules.
  • Regular adoption feedback reports and an end-of-assignment handover pack.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its productivity applications across the M365 suite.
  • L&D / Change Experience: Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning, technology adoption, or change enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitation & Communication: Excellent presentation skills across live, virtual, and blended formats. Ability to translate technical features into clear, non-technical business use cases.
  • Responsible AI: Solid understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and the importance of human oversight.
  • Agility: Comfortable creating high-quality job aids at pace, managing competing priorities, and adapting content as Copilot features evolve.
